Return & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping with National Market of Arts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your art purchase. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and cancellations.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes a piece may not be exactly what you expected. We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Time Limit: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The art piece must be returned in the exact same condition as you received it, including original packaging and any accompanying certificates or documentation. Items that have been damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs (International Orders): For any item shipped outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, the customer is responsible for paying the full cost and fees of return shipping if they wish to return the item for a refund or exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

Shipping Costs (Within Bahrain): Customer must pay the internal shipping costs within Bahrain.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that the refund process could take between 2 to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at Customer Service Email or WhatsApp.

We can only accept cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:
