Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, we typically require 1-3 business days to process and prepare your artwork for shipping. This involves verifying the order, packaging the art securely, and coordinating with the artist if necessary.
Communication Regarding Delays: In case of any delay or issue with your order or its shipment, we will contact you promptly to provide an update and the estimated timeline.
Packaging and Care
We understand the value and fragility of art pieces. We take utmost care to ensure that your art piece is packaged securely and protected during transit to arrive in perfect condition. We use appropriate packaging materials and methods suitable for the specific artwork.
Shipping Within the Kingdom of Bahrain

For deliveries within the Kingdom of Bahrain, shipping usually takes 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is shipped.

Please note that in some cases, delivery might take longer than the estimated time. This can occasionally happen if we need to coordinate directly with the artist to retrieve the artwork, which may take additional time. We appreciate your understanding in such situations and will do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping costs within Bahrain are a flat rate of BHD 2, and free of charge if the order value is above BHD 100.
International Shipping (Outside Bahrain)

For orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, delivery times will vary depending on the destination country.

International shipping typically takes 7-10 business days or more from the time the order is shipped. This is an estimate, and actual delivery times can be affected by customs processing, local delivery services, and other factors beyond our control.

We will provide customers with a tracking number once the order has been shipped internationally. You will receive an email with your tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

Payment Policy for Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method, please be aware that the full amount of the order must be paid to the delivery personnel before you receive the item. The delivery personnel are instructed not to hand over the package until payment is received.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Shipping Address Accuracy

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
