Artwork description
This work explores the distance between what the eye sees and what lies hidden behind the image. Geometric shapes intertwine and colors intersect to create a scene that seems familiar at first glance, then, upon closer examination, reveals multiple details and interpretations. The painting invites the viewer to transcend the apparent form and search for what lies beneath, for things are not always as they seem, and a single image can hold more than one story and more than one meaning.
